    "You made daddy angry and now you have driven Uncle Rodney away" Jessy cried.Ruby held her daughter's arms and screamed "HEY HEY HEY...LISTEN". "Listen baby,listen to me carefully....Daddy isn't really your daddy. And Rodney isn't your daddy either. I've been there for you all your life. Since you were born to now. I've bathed you,breast fed you and been there with you through thick and thing. So don't you tell me you hate me young lady." Ruby continued in a calm tone. She noticed tears flowing down her daughter's cheeks,she wiped them off gently and said "The man you know as daddy,isn't your real father baby. The monster who attacked me moments ago,isn't your blood. Am your blood. Am your real mum. So please don't ever tell me you hate again baby....and...Rodney is just an old school mate to me,not you. He isn't your father either. He doesn't share the same blood line with you. I do. So don't hate me over him. If its a manly or fatherly figure you need in your life,I will get you your real father"
     "Mummy what are you saying?" Jessy sobbed. "Jessy,you might be too young to understand this. I know. But what am saying is your real father isn't the man am married to. That man you know as daddy isn't your father" Ruby explained. She moved on to explain it further in a manner which made Jessy to get a clear understanding of what she was talking about. Jessy then asked her who her real dad is if Kwame isn't. Ruby sighed and replied "I don't know". "What do you mean you don't know mum?" Jessy cried. "Honey you are too young to understand...to understand how you were conceived. But I promise this to you...that...that I will turn the world upside down if I have to do so to find your dad ok?" Ruby replied,pulling her daughter close to her for a hug. Ruby then called her family to inform them about what had happened. They rushed over to the clinic the moment they heard. Ruby's dad was so furious that he wanted to have Kwame jailed and the keys thrown away. But Ruby's mum advised him to exercise patience.
         He then together with Ruby's sister went to Ruby's matrimonial home to pack her belongings out of her husband's house. Before they could leave to do so, Ruby told her sister Akua to check her bedroom for a white covered journal. She told Akua to pick it up and bring it to her in the clinic the moment she finds it.  Akua and her dad made it to Ruby's matrimonial home. Kwame rushed out when he noticed their car drive into his compound. Ruby's dad, Mr Danso quickly held Kwame by His color when he alighted from his car and screamed "YOU BASTARD. HOW DARE YOU LAY YOUR FILTHY HANDS ON MY DAUGHTER?". Akua and Kwame's gateman quickly rushed to stop Mr Danso from strangling Kwame,who already had enough stitches on his face due to the brutal beatings he took from Rodney. "I WILL KILL YOU" Mr Danso screamed,as Akua pulled him back. The gateman managed to pull his boss Kwame away as well. "Mr Danso am sorry" Kwame begged. Mr Danso then rushed into the house and headed straight into the bedroom with Akua in toe.
      They packed all of Ruby's belongings into Mr Danso's car. Whiles Kwame watched quietly from a safe distance. Akua then searched for the journal Ruby told her about. Looking around the bedroom for a few minutes she found it. She then hid it in her bag and helped her dad finalise the packing. When they were done,they boarded the car and sped out of Kwame's compound. The gateman looked at Kwame and asked "Boss wat matter Wey u goo carry come?". "Herh Awal...are we on such terms?" Kwame asked. "No boss but if someone comes to kill you na me be the defender. In fact na me be the chief of security for this house. Anything wey go attack you na me that thing for pass through. Na me wey go stop that thing. If dem comot me na you boss,you be guinea fowl oo. Dem go dey slaughter you like Christmas dey come" The gateman replied. "HERH DONT BE SILLY. GET OUT OF MY FACE" Kwame yelled,before rushing to his room.
