            Episode Thirty Five
         The police had finally arrived at Dooduwa and slowly tracking the phone to Rodney's location. "Should I turn on the siren?" The police car driver asked. "Don't be silly,do you want them to know that we are coming?" The officer in charge replied. Meanwhile, Kwame had fetched a butter knife from his kitchen. And was standing beside Rodney,with smiles all over his face. "This son of a bitch is the reason why I have stitches all over my face. Now it's my turn to let him have some on his face. I will brutally disfigure this boy. I will make him so ugly that he will be ashame to even near my daughter" Kwame said,with an evil grin on his face. Rodney unbalancely gained consciousness. He then looked at Kwame and said in pain "What are you waiting for you baboon? Do it". "Shw3. Are you ordering me." Kwame replied,holding Rodney by his color. "Listen closely boy,no one tells me what to do. I had wanted to just scar you and let you live. But now,I will end you. Give me a real knife" Kwame said,signalling his boys to give him a knife,which they did.
      "Taking my life won't change the fact that you are a coward and a woman in a man's body" Rodney said. He then spat on Kwame's face and smiled in pain. Kwame grew so angry and dived the knife into Rodney's stomach. "GO TO HELL YOU SON OF A BITCH!!!" Kwame screamed. Rodney  begun to bleed and struggle in pain as Kwame and his boys looked on. Just then they heard a bang on Kwame's door. One of the boys pulled out a gun to go and check who it was. The moment he opened it,he was hit in the face with a stick by one of the police officers. All the officers,four in number rushed onto the compound. The moment Kwame and his boys saw them,they sped off. The officers rushed after them. Ivy upon entering the compound saw Rodney.She rushed to him and noticed how hurt he was. "Oh my,what have they done to you?" Ivy said,as she untied him. She managed to help Rodney to his feet. "Leave...leave me here and check the house to see if you will find Jessy." Rodney said in pain. "I can't leave you here like this" Ivy cried. "Ivy. For once in your life...lis...listen to me. And do as I say" Rodney replied. "Ok...ok...wait here. And don't die" Ivy said. She sat Rodney down on the floor and rushed into the house. After searching a few rooms in the house,she finally found Jessy,heavily asleep with a glass of juice beside her.
       Ivy tried waking Jessy but she wouldn't wake up. She wasn't dead. But she wasn't responding. "They might have drugged her" Ivy said to herself. She lifted Jessy on her shoulders and just before she could make it to the hall, Kwame crossed her out of nowhere with a gun in his hand. "Ivy...baby" Kwame said. "Don't baby me...you...you are a liar and a deceiver. Get out of my way now" Ivy replied. "Ivy baby dont do this to me. You...you know I love you way too much. I will do anything for you. Baby,we can make all this go away. We can run away with Jessy to a far place away from here and live happily as a family there baby. You,me and Jessy. One big family" Kwame smiled. "No..no..I can't do that to my brother,Ruby or this innocent little girl.I have to go now" Ivy replied. "And I can't let you leave me either Ivy" Kwame said. "Over my dead body.Then you will have to kill me.Cause I don't intend on going anywhere with your crazy ass" Ivy replied. "So be it. Over your dead body it will be" Kwame said,pointing his gun at Ivy. Just before he could pull the trigger, Rodney speared him from the hall straight to the  kitchen. "RUN...NOW!!!!" Rodney screamed at Ivy,the moment he forced himself up. Ivy quickly did as she was told. Rodney then turned to face Kwame who slowly got up on his feet. Kwame looked around for his gun which laid in front of Rodney. Rodney picked it up and asked him "Are you looking for this?". Kwame raised his arms into the air and said to Rodney "Do it.KILL ME YOU SON OF A BITCH". Rodney chuckled and said "I didn't create you. So I have no right to take your life. God gives life and at the right time,he takes it back"
