Not Human Episode Twenty Two

                 Episode Twenty Two
    We didn't heard straight home. We went to mum's village where she found Akosua. And with the help of some villages whom we asked directions from,we made it to Akosua's family's compound.
      We met the abusuapayin of her family sitting drinking some palm wine. He received us warmly,called for one of the kids around to bring a two jugs,as he invited us to join him drink. We accepted his offer warmly and drunk the wine with him as we made our mission known to him. But we did not give him the full details. As we skipped the part of Akosua being a witch. "Oh,she was here just yesterday. And said she was going to spend a week at a prayer camp. Something about wanting to be cured from a spiritual ailment."Said the Abosuapanyin. "Pls sit,did he tell u which prayer camp it is that she is going to?" Dad asked. "No,she didn't...errmm if  I may ask,is anything the matter?" Abusuapanyin asked. "No pls,am Mrs Rita's husband,da lady who came for her sometime ago. And we heard she was around. Actually we 're from a trip. And was hoping to pick her up" Dad replied. With a few convos and chit chats we made our intentions to leave known to him and we gave out our contact in case she returned in our absence.
     Dad tipped the Abosuapanyin and with that we left. But we didn't head straight home. We scouted thru every prayer camp around the village and the ones towards home. But we didn't find her. We were both tired but we never gave up. Finally it occurred to me that she could possibly be at the prayer camp she made the vehicle hit me. She knew that place was powerful enough that's why she kept me away from going there. So she'd believe there is powerful enough to deliver. Of course it is.
     I told dad and we geared towards the prayer camp. There were hundreds and hundreds of people there. It was goin to be along search. But I wasn't prepared to give up. Dad knew it wasn't goin to be an easy search. So he proposed something simpler. He proposed we took the Mic at the altar and asked for her publicly. We did exactly that,and the understanding priest was more than willing to help. He called out Akosua's name a few rounds before luckily for us,we saw her stand up slowly. She hadn't seen me or ma dad yet until she got to the altar. She nearly scrammed when she saw me but the ushers were quick to grab her by the pastor's order. He had seen da evil she possessed the moment she stood up.
     He announced out loud how Akos needs to be delivered seriously or the child in her womb would die as well as herself." Child?" Both dad and I screamed. "Yes,she is barely a week pregnant...and u 're the father. I know the forces of evil she possess and how u love her. She came to be delivered and so shall it be"said the pastor.
      Akosua's delivery wasn't a walk in the park. It wasn't easy at all but with God all things 're possible. Akosua was successfully delivered. And anything ties and bonds she had with her cult were broken permanently. The pastor then told us she was free and asked her if she was willing to take Jesus as her Lord and personal saviour to which she said yes.
        The pastor blessed Akos and I and said we were meant to be together from the start. He even reminded me of the dream I had years ago which I had forgotten. And said that was a revelation in the form of a dream. I was sent into Akosua's life to aid in her delivery. And she was sent into ma life to be a blessing in it. Da blessing I needed. He moved on to say no other marriage would have worked for me if the lady I Salas marrying was not Akos because Akos was the one meant for me. The one God included in His plans for me. I was delivered too and afterwards we took her home.
        The bond between Akos and I grew stronger ever since. Dad enrolled her in one of the best schools in Ghana after she gave birth to our son. And later made her further her studies abroad. Dad gave me some money to start ma own business and by the Grace of God my business flourished and I became a very successful businessman.
