Split Personality (Episode Five)

                             Episode Five
Willie upon reaching the hospital slipped into a coma. James who had been in the front passengers seat of da bus banged his head so hard on a solid object during the accident. After few tests conducted by the doctors they discovered that James had lost his memory. As to whether it would be temporal or permanent they couldn't tell. Some of the passengers of both parties of the crush were injured but nothing serious. The families of the victim's were asked to identify their kids in the wards. Amos and Betty were the first couple to enter the accident unit. This is were the twist begun. Amos and his wife saw and mistook Willie for James who had been lying 5 beds away from Willie. They identified him as their son James and with that notice Willie was rushed out of the ward to another ward a bit more private so his family could stay by His side. Amos and Betty upon hearing his situation broke down in tears and prayer and asked God to spare their son. Jerome who later entered the accident unit saw James and identified him as his son. Upon hearing about James amnesia situation he blurted about how Ghanaian doctors can't be trusted in his own personal opinion and arranged for James to be transferred to a clinic outside the country for treatment.
    3 months later James,now Willie returned back into the country but still couldn't remember anything before the accident. The doctors abroad had assured Jerome that his son's situation was temporal and things around him which seemed familiar would help to jog his memory back. Jerome threw a big return party for James cause he felt familiar faces could help him in his fight for his memory lost. But James still couldn't recognise anyone there. Adisa who had been excited all along about James situation thinking he was Willye approached him with the intention of making fun at him when no one was watching. "Hahaaaa...wat goes around they say comes around indeed. I told you you wouldn't go scot free with wat u did to me."she teased. James tryin to figure out who she was replied " pls I don't get u ". Adisa quickly replied "awwww poor you. You 're lucky its your memory you lost.". James even tho he had no memory and wasn't really Willie felt he had wronged Adisa in a way. "Maybe before he lost his memory"he  thought. "Lady,I no u May be holding on to a grudge we might have had before I my current situation. I might have been the cause,I might not have been the cause but all in all holding on to the past is a backward way of living. No disrespect. Am sorry for anything I might have done to u and am sorry if physically,mentally or emotionally I hurted you,your feelings or your ego. Am glad I can't remember what I did to u cause something tells me it wasn't pretty and if I could do anything thing to make up for it now and here I'll do it" James said. Adisa not buying wat James was saying was about to say something awful in return when she accidently made eye contact with him. "There is something different about Willie" she thought.
