How To Make Your Own Home made Whey Protein

Are you a bodybuilder who wants to get bigger, muscular and more ribbed?  Are you thinking of supplementing with whey protein or any protein product out there?  Have you ever wondered if protein supplements can be made at home? Well then, this article is right for you.


     In this article, we are going to learn how to make whey protein at home without buying the actual thing from the market. Its easy, simple and quite affordable.

Now, we will need certain items which we will use to make the supplement.

Items Needed:

3 full cups of Dry or powdered milk( Eg. Nido)
1 cup of Dry Oats
1 cup of Almonds
Brown or white sugar
A blender

Music: Download "Eey Laka Bo" By LiL 50

Directions
  1. Place 1 cup of the dry milk, 1 cup oats, 1 cup almonds in the blender. Pulse until smooth.
  2. Place remaining dry milk in blender and pulse just a few times until blended.
  3. Place in an air-tight container and cover tightly. Keep at a cool room temperature if you want to use It within 2 weeks - if yo want to use it beyond 2 weeks store it in a refrigerator so the nuts don't go rancid.
  4. To use, scoop 1/2 cup into 1 and half cup liquid in a blender; Blend for 5-10 minutes for the oats to plump. Add a teaspoon or two of the brown sugar to it and drink before your workouts.
