Items Needed:
3 full cups of Dry or powdered milk( Eg. Nido)
1 cup of Dry Oats
1 cup of Almonds
Brown or white sugar
A blender
Music: Download "Eey Laka Bo" By LiL 50
Directions
- Place 1 cup of the dry milk, 1 cup oats, 1 cup almonds in the blender. Pulse until smooth.
- Place remaining dry milk in blender and pulse just a few times until blended.
- Place in an air-tight container and cover tightly. Keep at a cool room temperature if you want to use It within 2 weeks - if yo want to use it beyond 2 weeks store it in a refrigerator so the nuts don't go rancid.
- To use, scoop 1/2 cup into 1 and half cup liquid in a blender; Blend for 5-10 minutes for the oats to plump. Add a teaspoon or two of the brown sugar to it and drink before your workouts.
