Connection (Final Part)

     Stephanie kept disturbing Jeff to come sleep by her till she fell asleep. The next morning Jeff warmed up a towel and gently place them on her forehead whiles she was still asleep. He had one of the maids make her breakfast,which he placed by the bedside. He then dropped two tablets of pain killers into a glass of warm water and then placed it by the bedside too. He took a shower and when he returned he found Stephanie awake.
     "Ouch,ma head is pounding. And da room keeps spinning" Stephanie said. "Yea,u had too much to drink last night"Jeff smiled. "Here,take this"Jeff said,picking and handing over the glass of water containing the dissolved pain killers to her. After a sip she squeezed her face and said " Mmm,its bitter,wat did u put in it". "Pain killers,drink up it will help subside your headache"Jeff replied. She took a few more sips and then tried to force herself out of bed. "I spent the night in your room and in your bed?"She asked,as Jeff stopped her from getting out of bed. "Relax Steph,u need to shower and eat. Let me keep the shower running hot for u" Jeff said. Jeff rushed in and out of the shower and then told her she could shower now. As Stephanie entered to take a bath,Jeff made the bed, and opened the Windows. Then passed a towel over to Stephanie in the bathroom. And then he hanged his bathrobes on the side of the entrance to the bathroom for her and went downstairs.
        Minutes later he returned to find Stephanie in the bathrobes eating her breakfast in bed. He sat in the couch and asked her how she was feeling. "Mmm...I fell ok now,am never drinking that much ever again"She replied. "I hope so" Jeff teased. "You said a lot of weird staff last night"Jeff continued. "I did"Stephanie asked,dragging her words. "Yep" Jeff smiled. "I hope I didn't say anything bad about u?" She asked. "Well,I actually kind of liked wat u said but then I knew it was the alcohol talking" Jeff replied.
    "What did I say?"Stephanie asked. "Well...u..u kinda said u love me but hey I know u were not urself then"Jeff replied. Stephanie begun to blush. "And...what if I meant it?what would..would have been your reaction to that?"She asked. There was a brief silence in the room for a few seconds,as Jeff and Stephanie both starred at each other. "I'd be the happiest man on earth"Jeff whispered,breaking the silence in the room.
                   
"Really?"Stephanie asked,surprised. Jeff moved closer to her and sat beside her on the bed. "Yes...yes Steph"He replied. "So........did u mean it?"Jeff asked. Stephanie swallowed hard,blushing. "Ermm..ermm"Stephanie stammered. "Do u love me Stephanie? I need to know,u don't have to hide it from me"Jeff whispered. "Ok Jeff,ok I..."Stephanie said,pausing and bowing her head in the process. "Look at me Stephanie"Jeff smiled whiles he lifted her head up using his finger to push her chin upwards. "I know u to be a fearless lady. Confident and bold in everything. A lady not afraid to hide her emotions. A lady who...."Jeff said before Stephanie snapped in "Yes I love u" said Stephanie.
       Both their hearts begun to pound heavily and a bit more faster than it normal did. The room was filled with silence again,as they both starred at each other . The silence,this time around was broken by Stephanie. "Say something...please"She whispered. "Am in love with u too" Jeff smiled. Stephanie's eyes begun to fill up with tears as she smiled and hugged Jeff. And for the first time ever, Stephanie pulled Jeff's  face closer to her's with her hand at the back of his head and with a smile passionately kissed him on the lips. Jeff responded to her kiss passionately as well. And they kissed for minutes and both slowly pulled back,staring at each other.
       "You have just made me the happiest man on earth" Jeff whispered. Stephanie giggled,biting her lower lips,and then asked Jeff to join her in bed,which he did. "Kiss me"Stephanie said. Jeff kissed her. And minutes of continuous kisses and cuddling,they made love to each other.
       Meanwhile down stairs Mr. Tim and his wife were set to go to work. "Brenda have u seen Jeff today?"Mr. Tim asked. "Yes Mr. Tim,he was downstairs for breakfast and a few things then rushed upstairs. I haven't seen him since then"Brenda replied. "What of Stephanie?"Mrs. Patrice asked. "I haven't seen her at all today ma'am."Brenda replied. Mr. Tim winked and smiled at his wife. She touched her heart and smiled back and then asked Brenda to return to her chores. "Should I check on them?"Mrs. Patrice asked. "No no no,honey. Let those two love birds have a little fun. They deserve it"Mr. Tim smiled. "You 're such a naughty old man"Mrs. Patrice teased. "Well dear,if am being naughty why don't u take me up stairs,undress me and spank me"Mr. Tim smiled,lustfully winking at his wife.Mrs. Patrice laughed out loud and replied "We will be late for work". With that they left the mansion joyfully chatting,sat in their car and went to work.

  Jeff and Stephanie moved on to have a great relationship. Six months afterwards,Jeff received a strange phone call from a strange number. He wondered who it could be. He picked and to his surprise it was Hannah. "Hi baby"She said. "Hannah?"Jeff asked. "Yes its me baby,I missed u oo. U don't call to ask of me" Hannah said. "Do I owe u such pleasantries?"Jeff asked. "How do u mean?"Hannah replied. "Exactly how your mind tells u I mean"Jeff said. "Ahh,baby I know we have had some rough turns in our relationship,and I've said things I regret saying. But baby it isn't something we can't get over.". Jeff smiled and said "Baby?Please its Jeff. Hannah,I've been in the best moods ever since I stopped hearing from u,so if u have been sent to come and annoy me,I suggest u return to whoever sent u and tell them u failed.". Jeff hanged up just before Stephanie could walk into his room.
    "Who was that on the phone?"Stephanie smiled. "Hannah"Jeff replied. "Hannah?Your ex?"Stephanie asked. "Yep"Jeff replied. "What did she want? Wait how did she get your number?" Stephanie asked. "Seriously I don't know. I don't think my parents did,and after wat she did ma siblings 're definitely a no go area for her. But I gave ma number out to some old mates and friends on facebook and am suspecting she got it from one of them"Jeff replied. "That Hannah gal has got some nerves,gosshhhh after all that gal did she had the guts to call u?"Stephanie said. Jeff's phone begun to ring again. Jeff checked and it was Hannah.
   "Is that her again?"Stephanie asked. "Yep"Jeff replied. "Hand me the phone dear. Let me talk some senses into her"Stephanie said. Jeff smiled and passed the phone to her. Answering the phone She didn't give Hannah the chance to even speak. "Hey gal,get this straight. Jeff is no longer yours,he is no longer your man. How dare u call his phone. Pay attention and listen to this words,STAY AWAY FROM MA MAN. He is all mine now. You lost him. If u call this phone again,I'll have you tracked and thrown into jail for phone call fraud. Believe me I will. Have a nice day,bye"Stephanie warned. "Wow"Jeff smiled. "I don't think she will be calling anytime soon"Stephanie smiled. Jeff found out later from one of his siblings that Hannah had lost her baby due to some heavy beatings she received from the wife of the man who made her pregnant. According to Jeff's sibling, Hannah had no idea the man had a wife and it was late by the time she realized she was dating a married man. Jeff felt sorry for her,but apart from that he felt nothing else for her. He had completely gotten over her and was madly in love with Stephanie.
 Jeff and Stephanie visited his family in Ghana when school was on vacation. Stephanie fell in love with her boyfriend's country and recommended they visited more often. She liked the culture and hospitality of its citizens. Especially the respect they gave her. Stephanie won the hearts of every member of Jeff's family,not just because she was white but because of how respectful she was towards them despite how rich her family was.She spent more time with Jeff's mum and before they could leave back to the States,she had learned how to make fufu with soup. And promised to keep practicing when she got home,in order to be perfect at it. After their arrival from Ghana,Jeff proposed to her. "Will u marry me"He said,going down on one knee,in the middle of the grand foyer with all the maids and The Mcculister's watching. "Yes yes yes yes I will"Stephanie screamed in Joy. Everyone there clapped and cheered them on. And some few weeks later,before school will resume they had one of the biggest wedding ceremonies ever. Jeff's family and a few friends of his were flown from Ghana to the States purposely for the wedding.  And a few years later,after their graduation they were blessed with a baby boy.Jeff and his wife Stephanie moved on to live a wonderful life.
